Not all doctors are bad and have been bought. This is a database of kickbacks physicians received from pharmaceutical companies until July 2014. You can't judge all based on these numbers. An oncologists is logically going to have higher numbers, as they should.
There are concerns when a family doctor, pediatrician or endocrinologist has higher numbers.
Practices like the kickback program as well as direct consumer marketing by the pharmaceutical companies are illegal in all other countries but the US yet we are one of the sickest first world countries on the planet.
