Get Blackberry Icebox Cake Recipe from Food Network
I made this and even on a table of coconut cream pie, Portillo's chocolate cake, Lemon poppy seed cake, and peanut butter m&m cookies, it was the first to disappear and people were looking for seconds of it. If you can actually find a true 1 lb pound cake (most i could find were 12 oz) you should add more jam and at least another 1/2 cup blackberries, otherwise some slices won't get a berry or two.
