Chocolate Pots de Crème Recipe

If you like darker chocolate, feel free to use something with a high percentage of cacao here. Milk chocolate works too, if that’s your thing.

I often make Chocolate Pots de Creme; they are easy, keep well, and always are very much appreciated and well-received. I usually use Maida Heatter's recipe but this one looks comparable. When I make them I use 80% dark chocolate.
