Japan Airlines' child icon helps passengers avoid seats near children

Japan Airlines has introduced a new feature on its booking system to tell passengers where young children will be seated during their flight.

I think this is GREAT! Years ago I came up with an idea for an "adults only" airline. People were pretty upset with me about it. I understand why it offends some parents, but sorry, many of us do not want to be locked into a plane stuck next to your screaming kid, ESPECIALLY in today's climate which seems to 1. Encourage parents to never discipline their kids & 2. The public/private boundary has been erased almost entirely. This is a move in the correct direction!
