Alpha-gal syndrome: Meat allergy linked to tick bites rising, CDC says

Up to 450,000 Americans may have a syndrome that can cause dangerous reactions to several types of meat.

My first thought was, "I wonder if these ticks were engineered to spread this in the name of 'climate'". Ikind of felt like I should get my tin foil hat on. BUT then I saw the link part way thru the article for an article by BBC one week earlier, about genetically modifying humans to make them more climate friendly. I'll post that article too.
