Anyone who has been there (as I have) knows that it is 100% RIDICULOUS to claim that Gaza is an "open air prison," as the Hamas sympathizers and BDS types love to do. Gaza shares the same coast line as Tel Aviv. Had the Palestinians accepted any of the 4 offers for statehood given to them by Israel over the past 15 years, and/or not elected a terrorist organization as their government, they would have a world class vacation destination on their hands. But that is hard to do when your culture values jihad over freedom, and you are taught from the day that you are born that all Jews (and not just Israelis) are the enemy.
