This is really sad. The Double Door is one of the last vestiges of non-corporate, non chain, non generic, non trendy part of my old neighborhood. People never seem to get that you can only change so much and a neighborhood is no longer the thing that made it popular in the first place. Plus - there are VERY few smaller music venues left with this kind of history.
