Adam Carolla isn't backing down from his recent claim to Salon that the gay community in Hollywood acts like a mafia

This shouldn't even be controversial. This started in the 90s with the stigmatization of any celebrity who refused to wear an AIDS ribbon at awards shows. The gay community cannot have it both ways - you can't seek to be a mainstream part of society and still go nuts every time someone hurts your feelings. Carolla is brave for pointing this out. To be openly conservative in Hollywood takes far more bravery in 2014 than being gay an in the NFL.
