One of the first things I ask my clients to work on as a homework assignment is to ask their parents and siblings about stories from their past. And one of my questions on my intake form is what stories they tell others when they are getting to know them. Stories inform and can change patterns. What stories do you tell and how can you change your story to empower your self?
